How I love giving cooking classes!!


The season started this week and what a great class I had. Great students, healthy cooking and yoga. An awesome class!!!

THE SUMMER JUST ENDED HERE IN MADRID so now is the time when we start trying to eat healthier meals.

Green juice is the new favorite!! We made two great recipes and then we followed with two low fat salads full of quinoa and grains. Fun, fun, fun. Loved it!!!




1 apple
1/4 pineapple
1/4 cucumber
1/2 avocado
1/2 lime
1 3 leaves kale or a handful of spinach leaves

Blend apple, pineapple, cucumber, lime juice and spinach with just enough water to help blend all the ingredients to your taste. Add avocado, blend well. Serve and sprinkle with bee pollen on top. Enjoy!!
